Cerious Performance, LLC., shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cerious Performance, LLC. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

PAYMENT: Cashiers check, money order, prepay, Paypal, credit card, or debit card unless approval has been made for company check or credit terms have been established. Returned checks will be charge a $20.00 returned check fee charge (each time) and company can be liable for three times the value of the check written. DAMAGES: Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company (UPS/FedEx /USPS/Freight, etc.) customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. If not, customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember: do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. Cerious Performance LLC will assume no responsibility for items damaged in shipment.

RETURNS: In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact one of the Cerious Performance, LLC. salespersons. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Returns due to wrong order received, placed, manufacturer defect. Customer must notify Cerious Performance, LLC. within 24 hours after receiving merchandise. Failure to do so will result in negligence by the customer for not notifying Cerious Performance, LLC. on time and customer will not be refunded, unless authorized by higher management. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returned merchandise freight charges must be prepaid by customer unless stated otherwise.

• Defective Products/Wrong Item Received: We will send out a call tag for the product return, pick up the defective item, and send you a replacement item all at our expense. Due to the high cost of shipping on certain large and heavy products, Cerious Performance LLC and our manufacturers may first require a photograph of a defective product. We reserve the right to send replacement parts to repair a defective product but will issue a call tag if deemed appropriate.

• If you would like to return an item for a refund to your credit card:We will refund 100% of your purchase price less the shipping & handling charges and a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

SPECIAL ORDERS/CUSTOM WORK: For special orders, full payment must be received all at once. Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Special orders may take anywhere between 2 to 16 weeks.

BACK ORDERS: Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your back order there is a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.


GENERAL: Actual parts may differ from pictures on Web site. Every aftermarket part, which includes body kits, hoods, fenders, scoops, etc., requires modification for installation (for example shaving, cutting, prepping, sanding, heating, bending etc.) This needs to be worked on by a trained professional or a professional body shop.
In case customers decide to do this themselves, Cerious Performance, LLC., will not accept any returns and will not do any refunds on these items. For large parts, please allow 2 to 7 weeks for delivery. For other parts, there's no ETA (estimate time of arrival) for special orders since these parts are produced by different manufacturers, and we at Cerious Performance, LLC., have to rely on them in order to get these parts.

Some prices reflected on the Web site may be inaccurate. You are welcome to use your own shipping company. If paying with a credit card, parts ordered must be delivered to the same billing address as of the credit card. All orders are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. Cerious Performance, LLC., will not be held responsible for any carbon /FRP hood that come unlatched due to latch malfunction, or improper installation. Therefore we recommend hood pins be used.
